The portal is very well structured and the candidate interview process workflow is very flawless once we are used to it.

Pros

It has all the features that we look to have as an online recruitment agency. Any issues have been tackled by their customer support team well within our SLA.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve but once you are used to it and we had an initial issues to integrate it with our main public website.

Pros

Zoho Recruit is very easy to use and navigate, making daily tasks efficient. It offers excellent value for money compared to other recruitment systems, with strong core functionality, good customization options, and reliable performance for managing candidates and workflows.

Cons

One downside is that the AI functionality currently feels limited compared to other platforms. Some automation features could be more advanced, and there is room for improvement in intelligent candidate matching and workflow automation capabilities.

For the money, as a small company, it's perfect. It has the features we need, without going overbaord or costing an arm and a leg.

Cons

Though it seems robust with all the other apps they have, it didn't feel like a huge company, which could be good, could be bad depending on what you like.

Well its environment is amazingly easy to use and it is really helping me and my team around and would love to explore more of its features value for money is actually it is not at all costing me money to try it it has the integrated customer support system which can actually help us get everything how to and from where and since i started using it to maintain the speed of my projects where i have this user portals and candidates interviewing process and hiring process are there after the interview which has been the best help
